Because – at DAVINCI we are focussing quality of our 3D printed parts and therefore we have sharpened our skills in testing and verification of material properties. Using our new Tinius Olsen 50 kN tensile bench, there is now systematic verification and monitoring of our 3D printed materials so that our customers always guaranteed topics of highest quality.
Furthermore, our new tensile bench is already used for the determination and verification of the properties of materials in a variety of plastics and composite materials. Using drag bench may precision of FE calculations reach new heights as the uncertainty of material properties is no longer a factor. With the test bench can we determine the tension, compression, bending and shear properties of a variety of materials with a precision that is difficult to surpass.
